CES Roofing Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The CES Roofing Referral Program (“Program”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and organizations located in the United States.
1.2 Employees, contractors, and affiliates of CES Roofing and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
1.3 The referrer (“Referrer”) must have a legitimate professional or personal relationship with the referral lead (“Referral”). Cold contact lists, purchased leads, or unsolicited referrals are not permitted.

2. Qualified Referrals

2.1 A “Qualified Referral” is defined as:

• A commercial property owner, manager, or decision-maker who has not previously engaged CES Roofing in the last 24 months;
• Referred directly to CES Roofing through the designated referral submission process before CES Roofing’s initial contact; and
• Signs a contract with CES Roofing valued at a minimum of $10,000.
• Must be based in our service area (see website for service areas)

2.2 CES Roofing reserves the right to reject any referral that does not meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Referral Rewards

3.1 Standard Rewards (Cash/Gift Card Option):

• $250 for projects up to $50,000
• $500 for projects $50,000 – $100,000
• $1,000 for projects over $100,000

3.2 Alternative Rewards (for participants unable to accept cash/gift cards):

• Charitable donation in the Referrer’s name;

3.3 Rewards are issued only after:

• • The project contract is fully executed;
  • The client has made the first payment as outlined in the contract; and

• No cancellation or default has occurred within the initial 30 days of the contract.4. Reward Limitations

4.1 Rewards are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Referrer is solely responsible for any tax liabilities associated with the reward.
4.2 CES Roofing reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value if necessary.
4.3 There is no limit to the number of qualified referrals a Referrer can submit, but each Referral can only be credited to one Referrer.

5. Compliance

5.1 Referrers must comply with all applicable laws, anti-bribery regulations, and the ethical guidelines of their employer or organization.
5.2 If the Referrer’s employer or governing entity prohibits acceptance of cash, gift cards, or tangible rewards, an alternative reward will be offered.

6. Disqualification

6.1 CES Roofing reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referral for:

• Providing false or misleading information;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity;
• Violating these Terms & Conditions.

7. Changes to the Program

7.1 CES Roofing may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted at www.cesroof.com/referral.

8. Liability

8.1 CES Roofing is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected referrals, technical failures, or errors in program administration.
8.2 In no event shall CES Roofing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the Program.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
